With 11+ years at Microsoft in Learning and Development, Ashley has extensive experience in creating and implementing, highly impactful and engaging training programs, workshops and solutions for global sales and operations teams. An avid learner, Ashley believes we all have greater potential within us.

Ashley joined Delightful Communications in 2017 as the Director of Customer Learning & Success and in this role, she works with individuals and teams to help them identify their professional purpose and personal brand, leverage digital tools to amplify that message and reach their professional goals.

A Seattle native, Ashley is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University, mother to two fantastic girls, and on occasion can be found cruising Alki beach on her long-board skateboard.
