Senior Executive Communications Strategist
Victoria joined the Delightful team in September 2019 as our Executive Communications Strategist following several years of work alongside Microsoft social teams. Victoria brings a variety of experience with corporate teams and the different sectors of business they’re involved in.
Initially beginning her career in sales, Victoria transitioned into a role with Microsoft that better complemented her English and Political double-major from the University of Washington. Writing as the resident ghostwriter for the Microsoft government industry website, Victoria kick-started her work with corporations on more political-facing themes and topics.
Since then, Victoria has worked with Microsoft as a community manager, in product health and analytics, and executive communications, increasing her ability to effectively write under multiple brand voices and styles at a time. As part of her work, Victoria has helped brands identify and establish brand voice, and develop marketing and social guidelines to complement their missions and values.
Having worked with a spectrum of corporate and executive clients across a variety of industries, Victoria now spearheads our Executive Communications Program at Delightful Communications.
It’s Victoria’s goal to help customers determine and spell out their brand, company, or personal goals and frame strategies around that purpose. As a personal and professional goal of her own, Victoria implements these strategies in a way that is mindful, inclusive, universal, and digestible to all audiences.
Aside from her work with Delightful’s clientele, Victoria is a cooking aficionado, and volunteers her time outside of work with the Arthritis Foundation of Washington.
